  1. Wow…that’s quite the selection released this week! Congrats to all the authors. Though I’m tempted to list several, the winner for me is MR. ZINGER’S HAT. What can I say? I’m a sucker for books about reading, storytelling and the like. Gives you another perspective on an already magical world. Thanks for the chance…and happy reading!

  2. My Healthy Body sounds good. My daughter had just begun to learn about germs and heathly habits just before school let out for the summer.

  4. For me the combination of social history and instructions is a great combination so I think Talking Tails would be wonderful.

  5. Mr Zenger’s Hat or Secret Fiend – grandsons are between those ages. Sherlock Holmes was one of my favorites shows.

  6. Talking Tales sounds like a great book to share with my grade 4/5 students as this age kids seem really connected with animals. It also would help them develop their empathy, and would nicely tie in with our school’s social responsibility atmosphere. Sounds great! Way to go, Anne and Jane!

  7. I would love to win “Mr. Zinger’s Hat”… my kiddies are always complaining that they are soooooo bored! Would love opportunity to share with them a way to turn their boredom in to their own stories and adventures.
